I have been singing with Teri & Dave for over fifteen years now. I've been to plenty of shows in the Melbourne area, and nobody is as entertaining, welcoming, and fair as Southern Star.  If you visit one of their venues, you are guaranteed to have a good time.  If you ever get the opportunity to visit, stop by and see for yourself!      Ed a/k/a "Double D"

Teri puts on a fabulous show! She and all her KJ's seem to draw a following of wonderful people who are not only entertaining but make all who come by feel welcome....I always leave making a few new friends!  The rotation is FAIR unlike most shows who have "regulars."  The environment is always fun!!      Nicole O

I’ve been singing with Teri & Dave since 1991.  Dave gave me my “stage” name, Hoss, those many years ago.  I have tried others but always come back to Southern Star cause for me they are simply the best.  I've seen good, bad and ugly, but as told to me a long time ago "it's not whether you’re good or bad, get booed or a standing ovation.  If you had fun, that's all that matters.”.   I've had a lot of fun! I never have a problem finding songs, especially the new updated ones that are popular, and I've never seen such a dedicated group of KJ's that genuinely want to please their audience.      Kim L
 
Look in the dictionary under karaoke & Southern Star is there.  They ARE all things karaoke.  The hosts are all great.  Most any song you wanna sing, they have.  There are line dance intermissions.  It's always a fun time.  Very fair with rotations unlike a lot of others. Come out to sing.  You won't be sorry.     Beth R

You guys do such a great job with your shows. You also put on the most entertaining and fair karaoke contests I've ever seen.  I feel like my singing ability has actually improved from being involved in them!     Rob

I absolutely LOVE Southern Star Karaoke!  Honestly the best karaoke DJ's ever.  I always stop by to sing with them every time I am in town.  They also have  the most awesome contests - I was lucky enough to participate in one of them!    Brittney N
